What data we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our form, we collect:
- NHS Trust or organisation name - to identify your supply chain status
- Full name - to address you personally
- Job title (optional) - to direct your inquiry to the right team member
- Email address - to respond to your inquiry
We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and tracking technologies (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

Who we share your data with
Group companies: Guest Medical Ltd is part of a group of companies. We may share your data with our parent company, subsidiary companies, and affiliated entities within the group for the purposes of responding to your inquiry, internal administration, and providing you with products and services. Group entities may be located in the United Kingdom, European Union, and Switzerland.
Service providers:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) - email delivery service, processes your email address to deliver our response. EU-based.
- Google LLC - analytics data (if you consent to analytics cookies). US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Microsoft Corporation - session recording data (if you consent to analytics cookies). US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- LinkedIn Corporation - advertising measurement data (if you consent to marketing cookies). US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
- Inquiry data (name, email, trust) - 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion
- Analytics data - 14 months (Google Analytics), 12 months (Clarity)
- Marketing data - 6 months (LinkedIn)
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction - ask us to limit how we use your data
- Objection - object to our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent - for cookie-based processing, at any time via Cookie Settings

International transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom, including:
- European Union and Switzerland - group company entities and server infrastructure. These transfers are covered by UK adequacy decisions for the EU and Switzerland.
- United States - service providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn). These transfers are protected by the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We ensure that all international transfers of personal data are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
