2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and by our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation (including any NHS trust, care home, private hospital, or other entity), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of these Terms, and of our Privacy Notice, by accessing or using the Site constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Guest Medical, and has the same force and effect as a signed written agreement. Electronic records of your acceptance (including server logs, timestamps, and IP address records) shall be admissible as evidence of your acceptance in any proceedings.
3. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for general information purposes only. Its primary purpose is:
- To inform NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations about the restructuring of the NHS Supply Chain National Contracted Product framework for chlorine disinfection products taking effect on 16 June 2026.
- To enable interested parties to request a personalised impact assessment (the "Impact Report") regarding how the framework change may affect their supply arrangements.
- To provide information about direct supply of Guest Medical products as an alternative supply route.
The Site does not constitute an offer to sell, a legally binding contract, procurement advice, legal advice, financial advice, clinical advice, or regulatory advice. Any contract for the supply of products is separately negotiated and executed outside of the Site.
4. Accuracy of information and content disclaimer
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Site and in any Impact Report generated through the Site is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However, we make the following disclaimers:
NHS Supply Chain framework information
Statements relating to the NHS Supply Chain National Contracted Product framework, the 16 June 2026 changes, Distribution Centre assignments, supplier selection, and product availability reflect Guest Medical's understanding as of the "last updated" date shown above. These arrangements are determined by NHS Supply Chain and may change at any time without notice to Guest Medical. Users should verify all supply chain information directly with NHS Supply Chain before making any procurement or operational decisions.
Pricing information
Any pricing, savings percentages, annual saving estimates, or cost comparisons shown on the Site or in any Impact Report are illustrative only. They are based on published direct supply prices and NHS Supply Chain catalogue prices as at the last updated date shown above, and assume typical order volumes. Actual prices, savings, and costs applicable to your organisation depend on your specific volume, product mix, delivery arrangements, and prevailing market conditions. Binding pricing is only provided in a written quotation confirmed in writing by Guest Medical.
Switching cost estimates
Any switching cost estimates, switching cost ranges (including but not limited to the indicative "£15,000-£40,000+" range), staff time calculations, or transition cost bars shown on the Site or in any Impact Report are illustrative estimates only. They are based on publicly available NHS Agenda for Change pay scales, assumptions about trust size and staff counts, and generalised transition scenarios. They do not constitute an audit, cost analysis, financial projection, or business case specific to your organisation. Your actual costs of switching products or suppliers may be materially higher or lower.
Trust-specific data in Impact Reports
Where an Impact Report references your trust's Distribution Centre, product history, volume, or staff estimate, this information is drawn from Guest Medical's internal records and publicly available datasets. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Guest Medical does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any trust-specific information presented in an Impact Report. Users are responsible for verifying any information in an Impact Report before relying on it.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site or in any Impact Report constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, clinical, procurement, infection prevention and control, or other professional advice. You should always obtain appropriate professional advice from qualified advisers before making any decision based on information obtained from the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
5. Product safety and regulatory status
CHLOR-CLEAN and HAZ-TAB are chlorine-releasing disinfectant products manufactured by Guest Medical Limited. They are biocidal products regulated under the UK Biocidal Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 as retained in UK law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended).
All product information published on the Site, including but not limited to dilution rates, contact times, pack sizes, and application instructions, is provided for general information only. It must be read alongside, and does not replace, the official product label, safety data sheet (SDS), technical data sheet (TDS), and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance applicable to the product. Users are responsible for the safe handling, storage, dilution, application, and disposal of the products in accordance with those documents and with all applicable workplace health and safety legislation (including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002).
CHLOR-CLEAN and HAZ-TAB are not medical devices. They are not regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) under the Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/618), nor are they classified as investigational medicinal products, advanced therapy medicinal products, or any other category of medicine. No representation is made on the Site that any product is suitable for any particular clinical use that would require classification as a medical device. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as clinical advice or as a recommendation for any specific clinical protocol.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, video, audio, layouts, designs, compilation, and software, and all Impact Reports generated through the Site (together, the "Content"), is the property of Guest Medical Limited, another entity within the group of companies that Guest Medical Limited is part of, or its respective licensors, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, database right, and other intellectual property laws.
The names CHLOR-CLEAN and HAZ-TAB, the Guest Medical name and logo, and other associated brand elements, are trademarks of Guest Medical Limited or a company within the group of companies that Guest Medical Limited is a part of. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
Reference to any third party (including NHS Supply Chain or any specific NHS trust) does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation between that third party and Guest Medical unless expressly stated.

- Download, print, or share the Impact Report you have requested with colleagues within your organisation for internal review and decision-making.

Any other use requires our prior written consent.

- Use any Content for the training, fine-tuning, validation, benchmarking, or evaluation of any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model system, whether operated by you or by a third party, without our prior written consent. This prohibition applies to automated ingestion of the Site into training datasets as well as to manual copying for the same purpose.
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Site, or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Introduce any virus, worm, trojan, logic bomb, or other malicious code to the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected database or system.
- Conduct any denial-of-service attack or distributed denial-of-service attack against the Site.
- Use any Content in any way that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any Content.
- Use the Impact Report, pricing information, or any other Content as the basis for procurement, legal, financial, or clinical decisions without independent verification and professional advice.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including without limitation referral to law enforcement authorities, against anyone who breaches these Terms.
9. Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including but not limited to chlor-clean.com, haz-tab.com, guestmed.com, NHS Supply Chain, Google, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, and clarity.microsoft.com), or reference third-party products, services, or content.
These links and references are provided for convenience and information only. We have no control over the content of third-party websites or services and accept no responsibility or liability for them, for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them, or for any content, products, services, or information made available through them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors (as applicable);
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title) or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Subject to the above paragraph, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of use, loss of reputation, or any other indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Content or Impact Report.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information obtained from the Site or any Impact Report, including but not limited to procurement decisions, switching decisions, or cost projections made on the basis of that information.
- Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Site, or any Impact Report, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or downloading of any Content from it.
- We assume no responsibility for the Content of websites linked to the Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites.
This clause shall survive termination of these Terms.
11. Availability of the Site
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any Content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the Site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site, and for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
12. Suspension and termination for breach
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, we may at our sole discretion and with immediate effect suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site and to any Impact Report or other Content, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that:
- You have breached, or are about to breach, any provision of these Terms (including but not limited to the Prohibited use section);
- Your use of the Site is causing, or may cause, damage, disruption, or harm to us, to other users, to the Site, or to any third party;
- Continued provision of access to you would expose us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
- You have submitted false or misleading information through any form on the Site; or
- We are required to suspend or terminate access by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Any suspension, restriction, or termination under this section is without prejudice to our right to claim damages or pursue any other remedy available to us under these Terms or by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, confidentiality, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Inquiries submitted through the Site
When you submit an inquiry through our form, your submission is governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
By submitting an inquiry, you represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are authorised to provide the information on behalf of the organisation you represent (if any).
- You consent to us preparing and sending you an Impact Report (or other response) based on the information you provide.
We reserve the right to decline to respond to any inquiry at our sole discretion, including inquiries that appear to be incomplete, inaccurate, automated, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
Guest Medical is entitled to rely on the information you submit through any form on the Site as accurate and complete when preparing any Impact Report or response. We have no obligation to independently verify the information you provide.
14. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guest Medical Limited, its group companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms, including without limitation any breach of the Prohibited use section;
- Your misuse of the Site, any Impact Report, or any other Content;
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you submit through any form on the Site;
- Your unauthorised distribution, publication, or disclosure of any Impact Report or other Content to a third party;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights); or
- Any third-party claim brought against us that arises from or relates to your use of the Site or its Content.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defences. This indemnity shall survive termination of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time by updating this page. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
We recommend that you check this page periodically to be aware of any changes. If we make material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations, we will use reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention (for example, by displaying a notice on the Site).
16. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat; war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster; failure of public or private telecommunications networks; and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
17. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, sub-licence, or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in breach of this section shall be null and void.
We may assign, transfer, sub-licence, or otherwise dispose of any of our rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and without your consent, to: (a) any company within the group of companies that Guest Medical Limited is a part of; (b) any successor in title to our business; or (c) any purchaser of all or part of our assets or shares in connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or similar transaction.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable, invalid, or illegal provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely approximates the parties' intention.
19. No waiver
No failure or delay by us to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further exercise of that right or remedy. Our rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
20. Survival
The expiry, termination, or suspension of these Terms (or of your access to the Site) shall not affect any provision of these Terms which is expressly or by implication intended to continue in force after such expiry, termination, or suspension. Without limitation, the following sections shall survive: section 4 (Accuracy of information and content disclaimer), section 5 (Product safety and regulatory status), section 6 (Intellectual property), section 8 (Prohibited use), section 10 (Limitation of liability), section 14 (Your indemnity), section 20 (Survival), section 21 (Third-party rights), section 22 (Entire agreement and non-reliance), and section 23 (Governing law and jurisdiction).
21. Third-party rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms. This section does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.
Notwithstanding the above, any company within the group of companies that Guest Medical Limited is a part of, and any director, officer, or employee of Guest Medical or such a group company, may rely on and enforce the provisions of section 10 (Limitation of liability) and section 14 (Your indemnity) as if they were a party to these Terms.
22. Entire agreement and non-reliance
These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guest Medical in relation to your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between us in relation to the same subject matter.
You acknowledge and agree that, in entering into these Terms and in using the Site, you have not relied on any statement, representation, assurance, promise, warranty, or understanding (whether written or oral) made by or on behalf of Guest Medical that is not expressly set out in these Terms. You waive any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any such statement. Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or any Content, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
